With over 13,000 decentralised staff members working in remote locations, often with vulnerable members of society, easy access to information is key for the DHHS. Their existing intranet was unwieldy and poorly designed, so a replacement was needed.
We worked with a scrum master to initiate a series of 2-week sprints where we utilised Lean UX principles to quickly guide an inexperienced development team towards a better solution.
I led co-design workshops and group sessions to uncover user needs, and produced interactive wireframes which were then built and user tested.
